Jose Jorge (JJ) Figueroa is a real estate developer, broker, and financier with a history in these industries spanning over two decades.  He is co-owner and managing director of Alcazar Development Group (ADG).  ADG specializes in developing and owning garden-style multifamily communities throughout the state of Florida.  

He is also co-founder of Figueroa-Heller Capital Partners (FHCP, LLC,) a private mortgage lending and servicing platform operational since 2011. As CEO of Reliant Real Estate Group, he pioneered the RRG Network, a proprietary software created in lieu of the aftermath of the 2008 recession. The RRG Network is an algorithmically designed application that matches distressed assets with potential investors.
 
His real estate foundational years commenced in 2001 at Caribe Homes Corporation, spanning eight years. During this period, he contributed to the improvement of operational processes and played a role in the sales procedures of 17 single-family home communities in South Florida, encompassing over 2,257 units.
 
Mr. Figueroa holds licenses as both a Real Estate and Mortgage Broker. He cherishes family life in South Miami, Florida, alongside his wife and three children.
