Scott Hedge is the project manager at Alcazar Development Group.  Mr.  Hedge has worked in the architectural and Real Estate Development fields for over 25 years managing, developing and building a full range of residential, commercial, Multi-Family and mixed-use projects throughout south Florida and the United States. A team leader that has demonstrated the ability to coordinate multiple disciplines of a diverse project, garner consensus for necessary approval processes and solve a complexity of issues as they arise during the implementation process.  As a registered architect and trained Urban Planner; through seven years of experience as project manager with the architectural firm of Duany & Plater-Zyberk internationally known for their work in “New Urbanism”, he provided a unique ability to deliver architectural designs and overall plan review along with land planning and site acquisition guidance within an organization.  Proven skills in all facets of architecture and real estate development including; initial architectural design development, land use zoning, municipal code writing, modifications and variances, site planning and preliminary engineering, state and municipal approval processes, construction management, bidding, contract negotiations and project supervision, payment applications and bank draws, permitting and certifications of completion, scheduling and construction financing. Mr. Hedge received his bachelor of architecture from the University of Miami.
